NEW ARRIVALS
So have you seen the new 'Twig' line by Little Yellow Bicycle? It is so pretty!  A must have for every scrapbooker. We also have some fun Easter paper from We R Memory Keepers, Krista will be doing a fun kids class in April with it, so if you have any young scrapbookers, be sure to watch for this one!  And the new My Mind's Eye, Stella & Rose line, with a feminine and masculine line of papers and embellishments is so versitile and the colours are classic.

52 WEEK CHALLENGE UPDATE
I have been a bit busy with Kersley Musical Theatre, but now that we are done (sad face) I have been diving back into my scrapbooking! I completed a 1 page layout - check out the details on the 2011 Challenge tab.

RETAILERS EVENT
If you haven't heard, I'm heading to Edmonton this weekend to see all of the new products that have recently been released and take classes.  A few of the new products have trickled into the store in the last few weeks, but keep your eyes open for some fantastic new product lines - most eagerly awaiting for Bobunny....

I'm really looking forward to taking a class from TIM HOLTZ!!!! I am super stoked to meet this scrapbooking icon, and plan to take a tonne of pictures to share with all of you!

MARCH CLASSES

Cricut 103 – Materials – only 1 SPOT LEFT
This is the next class in Dianne’s Cricut Collegiate series. You will need to have taken Cricut 102 to sign up for this class. In this class you will explore the different materials that you can use for your Cricut projects.
*You will require a basic tool kit, Cricut, mat, and blade and the cartridge that your Cricut came with.

Kids Club – Spring Tag Display
This is now a monthly feature at the store. Each month the kids will get to make a fun layout, card or craft project. No supplies are required to attend, but pictures may be depending on the project, see the store for details.

Cricut 201 – Expressions Machine only – only 1 SPOT LEFT
This class is for anyone who owns an Expressions machine. There are many features on this machine not available on the regular Cricut machines, and Dianne will give you a very thorough tour.
*You will require a basic tool kit, Cricut Expressions machine, mat, and blade and the cartridge that your unit came with.

Friendship Tag Display
Using My Mind’s Eye ‘Stella & Rose’ paper line you will create a lovely tag display that could also be used as a unique card.

Envelope Album
In this class we will make a lovely envelope album using Little Yellow Bicycle’s ‘Twig’ line of paper and embellishments. This would make a great gift for someone special or a keepsake for yourself!

We are taking names for the next Scrap Club that will be starting up when the two current ones end (mid April). If there are enough people, I will run two clubs again.

In the Scrap Club we will meet once a month for 4 - 6 consecutive months (depending on how many people sign up). Each person in the group will be assigned a month to receive a gift certificate with the value based on each person paying their monthly fee (4 people = $100). Each person commits to paying $25 per month whether or not they can attend each crop.

When we meet each month, we will have a 3 hour crop time, in which you can work on any scrapbooking projects you wish. At each crop, there will be a bonus for all attendees, such as a make and take project for you to complete, a free product, layout kit, etc.

HERO ARTS STAMP PARTY - SATURDAY, FEB 12TH

UPDATED FEBRUARY CLASS INFORMATION
We have updated our classes for February, adding a Valentine Card class with Marilyn and a 1 Page Layout with a Valentine Theme with Sonya.  The class samples are now available in the store.

The Cricut 101 and 102 classes with Dianne are SOLD OUT, however we will be running them again in March so you may want to get your name on the waiting list for these informative and hands-on classes!

There are 2 spots left in the Kids Class being held on February 6th. Krista has done it again with a sweet little album for the kids to assemble, decorate and give to someone special!

SPRING RETREAT - April 8, 9, 10, 2011

There will be Demos, Classes, Contests, Door prizes and lots of time to scrapbook!

Friday – 6pm until Midnight

Saturday – 10am until Midnight

Sunday – 10am until 5pm

Registration: $75 (plus HST) for the weekend

Dinner is provided on Saturday night, as well as snacks and refreshments throughout the weekend. Lunch is on your own for Saturday and Sunday.

Note: If spots are available we will do our best to accommodate single days as follows: $20 Friday night, $50 Saturday, $20 Sunday

This is your weekend, come and go as you please. Grab a friend and fit in a spa treatment at TreSpa, or even splurge and get a hotel room for a ‘staycation’ right here in Quesnel!
