ANNOUNCEMENT - DESIGN TEAM OPEN CALL

We are looking for scrapbookers/card makers with a desire to create layouts, cards and projects for display in A Page In Time Scrapbooking store. If you are looking for a challenge and enjoy showing off your work you might want to consider auditioning for our team.

All you need to do is:

• Purchase a kit for $6.00 AVAILABLE August 10th (Rules for the kit completion are on the kit. Please read carefully.)
• Return your completed project by August 31, 2010.

 Design Team members will be required to:

• Create a 1 or 2 page layout; or 2-3 cards; or a scrapbook project for store display and feature on store blog using a kit that includes ‘free product’.
• Return item for display within 2 weeks of receiving product, or the team member will be charged for the supplies.
• Include something of all products supplied for layout.
• Instruct one demonstration of a new technique or product in the store at least once during their term with APIT.
• Sign a contract on a 4 month basis and commit to following the Design Team rules for that period.

  Design team member privileges:

• Design team members will receive a discount on any store purchases during their contract period, not including special orders or classes.
• Receive ‘free product’ each month.

  Design Team Members will be announced on September 7th!

NEW ARRIVALS - JULY

I feel like I have neglected the blog lately...but it was for a good cause! I have been working with Youth Entertaining for Service (Y.E.S.) and their recent production 'Rock On'. For those of you who were able to get tickets, you know why I was so busy!!!!

But now, life is slowly returning to 'normal' and I need to catch up on what is in the store myself!

There have been many new arrivals in the last few weeks as well as some much wanted refills of Mamarazzi and Peacock Lane paper and embellishments!

So check out the list to the side of all the new arrivals and the the Products tab for some pictures!

PS. There are no scheduled classes over the summer with the exception of the Kids Class in July & August. In place of classes we have created a limited supply of Kits that will help you get a layout or two finished when its too hot (or too rainy) to play outside!

SUMMER CLASSES & KITS
With all of the fabulous summer activities demanding our time and in turn creating plenty of photo ops, we have decided to cut back classes in July and August with the exception of the Kid’s classes. In place of the classes, we will be providing a class kit each month in case of a rainy day! Get ready for some great things this fall, and don’t forget there will still be plenty of new arrivals coming in the next 8 weeks! See the CLASSES tab for info.

PRIVATE PARTIES & CLASSES
If you would like to gather a group to scrapbook for a birthday, girls night, etc, you can book a private party!!  We can also do classes for a specific theme or if you want to learn a specific technique.  Please contact Paula at the store for more information.

BILLY BARKER DAYS
Due to Billy Barker Days the store will be closed on Saturday, July 17th.

FALL RETREAT
